Clients may request cancellation before work has commenced.
If work has already started, the Company reserves the right to charge for:
- completed work
- consultation hours
- administrative costs
- project preparation
Renovation Projects
Renovation and installation services may not be refundable once:
- work has commenced
- materials have been ordered
- scheduling has been confirmed
- third-party contractors have been engaged
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after inspection approval.
